How to Order
Ordering online at the Chelsea Linen Company
is straightforward and transactions are processed in a safe environment using
secure internet technology to protect our customers.
All products can be found by:-
? selecting directly from the menu on the left hand side of the Home Page
or
? selecting the department (bedroom/bathroom/dining room/furniture you
wish to browse).
Once you have found the product you are looking for, enter the quantity you
want and then just click the add to basket icon at the bottom of the list of
products and you will be free to continue to browse or shop some more.
Once you have completed your shopping, click on the view basket logo and you
will be able to review the contents and make any amendments required before
proceeding to the checkout, where you will be asked to follow the on-screen
instructions to complete your order.
We will send you an e-mail immediately confirming receipt of your order and
a second e-mail confirming acceptance of your order with estimated delivery times will follow.

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver stock items within 2-3 working days.
Items out of stock, excluding items marked special order, will normally be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Certain Special Order items such as furniture and beds have an extended delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks or 6 to 8 weeks; this information is indicated on the relevant product page.
We will inform you of expected delivery times when we e-mail you confirming acceptance of your order.
Delivery Charges
We will only charge you carriage once per order, however many
parcels we send you.
